Henry Novoselsky has practiced civil litigation in Illinois and Federal trial and appellate courts for over 40 years.  He has been instrumental in shaping the law of Illinois, appearing before the Illinois Supreme Court, United States Courts of Appeals and the Illinois Appellate Court. Over the years, Henry has established important precedents in estate and trust law, estate planning malpractice, and the laws governing covenants not to compete and restraints upon competition. In addition to representing parties in business dissolution, unfair competition disputes, and injunctive proceedings, Henry also represents clients in contested estate and trust matters, such as will and trust contests, trust enforcement, construction and reformation, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and contested guardianship proceedings.

Henry is a court-certified mediator for the State of Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County Chancery Division Mediation Program.  He has served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Illinois Department of Revenue and as a Hearing Examiner for the Illinois Commerce Commission.
