Steven Filipowski is the President of SNSF.  His practice includes counseling banks and closely-held businesses in commercial loan transactions and related commercial and creditor-side bankruptcy litigation, including stay and preference litigation.  Steve advises wholesaler/distributors in the supply chain and marketing and distribution regarding distribution agreements and commercial transactions, including product warranty agreements.  Steve also advises the firm's clients in employment relations, working with them to create employment relations policies and practices to minimize the risk of litigation.  He partners with our clients in resolving or litigating in the state and federal courts a variety of civil disputes in contract performance and termination, warranty and breach of warranty, and employment disputes under the state and federal laws which govern the employment relationship.
