Jack Haan heads SNSFE’s commercial litigation and appeals practice group. Jack handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, injunctive relief, and collections.
Jack also works closely with the securities arbitration and litigation group, representing investors who have lost money due to the misconduct of corporate fiduciaries and brokers. He has obtained millions of dollars in arbitration awards for his clients, including a $2.8 million judgment against one of the country’s largest investment firms.
