Stewart Byers is a member of the firm's transactional practice groups in an Of Counsel capacity.  He concentrates his practice in federal and state income tax, estate tax, real estate and probate law.

Stewart is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law in the Chicago metropolitan area since 1976.   He started his career at Walgreen Company then went into private practice in 1978 with special attention to taxation and real estate matters.

He is a graduate of Millikin University (summa cum laude) and the University of Illinois College of Law.
