SNSFE Securities Team Successfully Defends Investment Adviser And Accountant Against Investor Claims Of Unsuitable Investments And Conflicts Of Interest

SNSFE is pleased to announce that attorneys Ronald M. Amato and James J. Eccleston successfully defended an investment adviser and an accountant against claims that an investor had brought for unsuitable investments and conflicts of interest.
More than just awarding zero dollars to the investor, the arbitrator granted our clients the following extraordinary relief:
1) Ordered the unsuccessful investor to pay forum fees to the investment adviser;
2) Found that the case against the accountant for conflict of interest was essentially frivolous; and,
3) Found that the investor's expert was not qualified to testify as an expert.
