AFFL failed to pay $60,000 to Grand Prize winner of its contest

Shaheen, Novoselsky, Staat & Filipowski, P.C. announces the filing of a lawsuit in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois against Chicago Fantasy Sports, LLC, Wade J. Golab and Robert J. Smolarczyk for consumer fraud, fraud and breach of contract.
